HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Your order is processed and shipped from our warehouses located in global areas such as (but not limited to) the US, Canada, Mexico, Thailand, Tibet, and China. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. See Details.

HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE

Items shipped to the U.S, Canada, UK, and Australia may take 5 up to 14 days to arrive. Items shipped from our global warehouse may take 5 to 30 days.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. We will work with you if there are any problems. 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHY?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please email our support team at admin@chilluxx.com

I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE, WHY IS THAT?

We do our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don't have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items. If you place an order with us for multiple items it is likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive. You will have individual tracking numbers for each package. Use those tracking numbers here to track your order.
